Welcome to our signature combination of Multiply Music. After many years of trial and error, we’ve been able to perfect the combination of learning both maths and music in a fun and engaging way!
Our Method
Our classes are designed to keep the pace of learning high to retain student concentration and make classes fun. We mix maths with music in a number of ways depending upon the children's preferences. For example:
- Jump between learning topics. Here students learn the drums, then jump to maths on our blackboard walls and continue to switch.
- Using pads on the drums. Here students reinforce the maths tuition taught to the children via interactive games.
Class Offering
Here at Multiply Music, we aim to progress through both the national curriculum and Rockschool exam boards as written. For example, we aim to go to the next relevant objective, rather than jumping between random objectives.
We mix between maths and music objectives separately, one after another to reduce boredom and cover various topics to split up the classes.
Students are encouraged to mix between topics at a fast pace to increase enjoyment and topics can sometimes be split up with various songs, games and/or interactive math or musical exercises that the teacher has created for their students.
- Drum Grade Exams: Up to Grade 8
